Mario Richard Smeets has been working as a management consultant for banks, insurance companies and financial service providers for many years. He is Partner and Managing Director of a European consultancy with a strong focus on business process automation.

Ralf Jürgen Ostendorf has been teaching and researching financial management and strategic orientation for more than 25 years. He has been Professor of Finance and Business Management at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences since 2012.
