Biographical note

Girish Lakhera is a Ph.D. from Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun. He has joined Graphic Era Institute of Technology in the year 2007 as PDP trainer and further transferred to Department of Management Studies, Graphic Era University in the year 2011. He has a vast knowledge in the area of HR and Administration having 20 years of rich professional experience from Indian Air Force. Further he has explored in teaching and research from past 15 years. He has worked as a faculty member and taught different courses to MBA, BBA and Ph.D. students. He has published several research papers in various International journals. His research interests include Leadership, HR/OB/Ethics etc. He has participated in advanced workshop Mission10 X Faculty Development Program conducted by Wipro and has also trained by Infosys under TTT (Train The Trainer) Program. He is Editor with IGI Global Publishing house and Apple Academic press. He is in the panel of experts of Doordarshan, Uttarakhand and actively participates in talk shows/interviews on social, political and economic issues. He was nominated as Brand Ambassador of Swachhta Servakshan program by Nagar Nigam, Dehradun for the year 2018-19. He is associated with few NGOs and actively contributes for social causes. Sanjay Taneja is currently an Associate Professor in Research at Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. His significant thrust areas are Banking Regulations, Banking and Finance (Fin Tech, Sustainable finance, Environmental Finance), Risks, Insurance Management, Green Economics and Management of Innovation in Insurance. He holds a double master’s degree (MBA &M.Com.) in management with a specialization in Green Finance and Marketing. He received his PG degrees in Management (Gold Medalist) from Chaudhary Devi University, Sirsa, India in 2012. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Sponsored By ICSSR) in Banking and Finance entitled “An Appraisal of financial performance of Indian Banking Sector: A Comparative study of Public, Private and Foreign banks in 2016 from Chaudhary Devi University, Sirsa, India. He received his Post Doctoral Degree from faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Banking and Insurance, Usak University, Turkey entitled on “Impact of the European Green Deal on Carbon (CO2) Emission in Turkey” in 2023. He has published research papers in reputed SCOPUS/Web of Science/SCI/ABDC/UGC Care Journals. Prof. Taneja has more than fifty publications in total (Scopus/ABDC/Web of Science- 27). He also has 2 e-books/1 text book/12 edited books (Emerald Publishing House/Nova Science/IGI and four book chapters to his credit (all are Scopus indexed). He has published several cases in Case Centre, ABDC-B and Scopus journals. He has three Indian patent published and two more patents filed for a grant in India. Dr. Taneja has 164 citations on Google Scholar with an h-index (8) and i10-index (6), Scopus Score- 227 Citations, h-index (9) with 37 documents. He has 270 citations on the research gate with an h-index of 10 (Research interest-79). He has attended/organized more than 50 conferences (National/International/ICSSR/AICTE) and 40 FDPs. Dr. Taneja has been invited as session chair, resource person, key-note speaker, and judge at various conferences in India and outside. He is also invited for guest lecture series at Usak University, Turkey, and other foreign universities. He has handled various Scopus/ABDC/Web of Science journals in the capacity of Special Issue Editor. He is also reviewer in several Scopus/ABDC/ABS journals. He received several academic awards/recognitions- Best Researcher, Best Teacher, award etc. Overall, he is very dynamic, creative, and positive individual. His motto in life is to grow and help others in growth. Ercan Özen , received his BSc in Public Finance (1994), MSc in Business-Accounting (1997), PhD in Business Finance (2008) from University of Afyon Kocatepe. Now he is Professor of finance in department of Finance and Banking, Faculty of Applied Sciences, “University of Uşak, Türkiye (Turkey). His current research interests include different aspects of Finance. He served as co-editor for books by eminent international publishing houses. And have publications more than 100, participated many international conferences. He is board member of 5 International conferences and workshops. Besides, chair of International Applied Social Sciences Congress. Co-editor of 2 international journals (Journal of Corporate Governance, Insurance, and Risk Management (JCGIRM) and Opportunities and Challenges in Sustainability (OCS)). The editor is also the certificated accountant, member of Agean Finance Association and member of TEMA (Turkey Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Resources Foundation.) Pawan Kumar has academic experience of 18 years and has done his PhD from Kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra. He has published more than 30 papers in national and international journals and has presented 35 papers in National & International seminars and conferences. He is also guest editor in three journals (special issue of) indexed in Scopus. Furthermore he has 8 projects for the call for chapters from reputed publishing houses.
