Dr. Irfan certified NSEs (NCFM) and BSEs certification. He has experience of more than sixteen years in the area of SAPM, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Financial Engineering, Fintech, Green Finance, and Alternative Finance. He has to his credit more than 40+ Scopus Indexed articles, includes The Journal of Economic Cooperation and Development (Q2), International Journal of Business Excellence (IJBEX), International Journal of Economics and Management (IJEM), Montenegrin Journal of Economics (Q2), Cogent Business & Management (Taylor & Francis) (Q2), Indian Journal of Finance (IJF) and Journal of Islamic Monetary Economics and Finance (JIMF). Mohammed Elmogy is a professor and head of the Information Technology Dept., Faculty of Computers and Information, Mansoura University, Egypt. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, Mansoura, Egypt. He received his Ph.D. from Informatics Department, MIN Faculty, Hamburg University, Hamburg, Germany, in 2010. He worked as a visiting researcher from July 2016 to August 2019 at the Bioengineering Department, University of Louisville, Louisville, USA. He has authored/co-authored over 250 research publications in peer-reviewed reputed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Most of his publications are in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, medical data analysis, and their applications. He has served as a reviewer for various prestigious international journals, such as Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Computers in Biology and Medicine, Information Sciences, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, and IEEE Access. He served as a technical program committee member in many workshops and conferences. He served as a member of the editorial board of many journals, such as Computers in Biology and Medicine, Journal of Software Engineering & Intelligent Systems, and International Journal of Advanced Computer Research. Fahmi Khalifa , Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of ECE, Morgan State University (MSU), Maryland USA, received. Dr. Khalifa received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Mansoura University, Egypt in 2003 and 2007, respectively, and his PhD degree in 2014 from ECE Department, University of Louisville (UofL), USA. He has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, image/signal processing, machine learning, biomedical data analysis, and computer-aided diagnosis with more than 190 publications appearing in prestigious journals and top-rank international conferences in addition to and five US patents. Dr. Khalifa is an associate editor for IEEE Access, IEEE JBHI, and Frontiers in Neuroscience; guest edited multiple special issues; and served a reviewer for 60+ journals and conferences. Dr. Khalifa’s honors and awards include Mansoura University scholarship for distinctive undergraduate students for four consecutive years (1999–2002), Theobald Scholarship Award (ECE, UofL,2013), the ECE Outstanding Student award for two times (ECE, UofL, 2012 and 2014), the John M. Houchens award for the outstanding dissertation (UofL, 2014), the second-place Post-Doctoral Fellow award in Research! Louisville (UofL, 2014), PowerLIVE Award for Faculty commitment to students and their academic success (MSU, 2023), and Final list for the “Instructional Innovator of the Year” (MSU, 2023).
