Biographical note

Like Astrid, I grew up by the sea and longed to explore beyond the horizon. Aged 10, I sailed across the Irish Sea to Dublin where I learned all about the Vikings that lived there. Since then, I have been fortunate to visit many different places across the world, from the savannahs of Africa to the skyscrapers of New York. However, I am happiest on a windswept beach, listening to waves roar and feeling salty spray on the air.
