Biographical note

Inbali Iserles is a best-selling author and irrepressible animal lover. She is one of the authors behind the New York Times bestselling Survivors series. Her first book, The Tygrine Cat, won the 2008 Calderdale Children’s Book of the Year Award. The Tygrine Cat: On the Run, was listed among The Independent’s “50 books every child should read.” She now lives in Cambridge with her family, where she is fellow of the Royal Literary Fund. Max Rambaldi draws mostly with my graphic tablet, but loves the freshness of watercolors and the mellowness of the acrylics, so always tries to incorporate them by using textured brushes. What she loves more than anything is scientific children books.
