Where’s Baby? is a delicate and sweet little story, with all the makings of a classic picturebook. Anne Hunter, a master of her craft, is the illustrator, author and lettering designer. She created the lovely handlettering for the text that sits so well with her refined illustrations. Her precise and detailed pictures are gently complemented by a very limited colour scheme that goes a long way to highlighting the plot.

The text is spare and simple and cleverly kept to direct speech, hand-lettered in speech bubbles. This is a lovely book to share with young readers who will delight in pointing out Baby Fox, and the final call of 'can we do that again?' invites repeated readings of this highly entertaining and joyful story.
