The story is a sequel to Rosie Raja: Mission to Cairo, although the three books may also be read independently
Action-packed and sensitively told, Sufiya Ahmed's Rosie Raja series is some of the first historical fiction published in the UK to star a Muslim heroine. Set during WWII, these stories follow Rosie's adventures with her British spy father, touching on issues of empire and colonialism which are often written out of history. Perfect for fans of Emma Carroll and Michael Morpurgo, these books are a great way to bring history to life for your class and shed new light on a familiar topic.
