Biographical note

Camilla Reid is one of the most experienced and successful devisers of preschool books today. Her books have been translated into over 25 languages, with combined worldwide sales of over 30 million copies Combining novelty elements, striking artwork and Camilla’s unique authorial voice, her new range of preschool books for Macmillan Children’s Books taps into what families enjoy, placing the child reader at the heart of everything.

Jill Howarth has a passion for illustrating children's books, including Busy Easter and Busy Party for Campbell Books. Born in a sleepy little town in the hills of Pennsylvania, she always knew she wanted to be an artist and got her first non-paying job making drawings for her mom's 5th grade classroom bulletin boards! She lives just west of Boston, with her husband, three teenagers and a crazy, lazy dog.
