FoxFoxes are a type of wild dog with red-brown fur and a bushy tail. Their distinctive high-pitched noises can be heard at night during the winter, which is their breeding season. Usually most active after dark, they hunt and scavenge for their food. Urban foxes (those that live in towns and cities) have become more common - they can sometimes be spotted eating leftover food near takeaway shops, and a ripped binbag is a sure sign that a fox has been searching for food overnight.
