This funny, heart-warming picture book celebrates different kinds of families and the special bonds between them.  A gently funny picture book celebrating the diverse mix of families that can make up any child’s classroom: whether it’s Harry’s ‘total legend’ single mum, Kate’s two dads or the coolest adults Jamie knows – his granny and grandpops. Biographical note

Stephanie Stansbie has been a children’s books editor since the 90s and an author since the noughties. She adores editing and writing in equal measure and has always worked on illustrated books, where the art is as important as the word. The books she has written have been translated into over 15 different languages. Stephanie lives in Oxford and enjoys yomping about with her family and friends, and playing capoeira. Katy Halford is an illustrator based in Leicestershire, UK. Her love of drawing started when she was small and continued throughout school and university. She graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in illustration and is now a full-time illustrator. Katy's work always starts in her sketchbook where she dreams up illustrated characters and imaginary worlds. She loves to observe nature and people-watch for inspiration.
