Kate Peridot (Author)
Kate Peridot is an author of both fiction and non fiction children's books who lives in the south of France. In 2014 her story, The Elephant Carnival, won a Walker Books Animal Stories competition. She studied creative writing at The London School of Journalism. In her spare time, Kate loves to hike, swim and explore the world.

Becca Hall (Illustrator)
Becca Hall is an illustrator living in Cornwall, UK. She graduated from the Manchester School of Art in 2014 with a first class honours degree, where she also won the Alumni Award for illustration. When she is not painting, Becca can be found surfing, walking her dogs, hunting for treasures or inside a cosy cafe with a cuppa and a cake.
