Biographical note

Sharon Hopwood runs a boxing and martial arts gym. She is a 4th Dan Black Belt and self-defence instructor. Sharon cares deeply about empowering children, both mentally and physically, and is the co-creator of ‘Stay Safe’, an anti-bullying programme designed for schools.

Marisa Morea is an illustrator based in Madrid, Spain. She lived in Barcelona for a couple of years and she graduated in a MA Illustration at Eina School in 2009. After a few years working as an Art Director in several advertising agencies, she decided to quit and try as a full-time illustrator. So far, she’s worked with many international clients in editorial, publishing and advertising, and since 2017 has focused on illustrating children's books.
