Biographical note

Jackie McCann is the author of several books for children including the bestselling If The World Were 100 People, which won the Royal Society Young People’s Book Prize in 2022 and the ALCS Educational Writers’ Award in 2023.

Dermot Flynn is an artist, illustrator and designer based between Dublin and London. His work has won numerous awards, including the Macmillan Prize for Children’s Book Illustration, and a Silver Lion at the Cannes Advertising Festival
