"A delightful, illustrated field guide for young readers. In spreads with realistic colour drawings, information is paced out through blocks of text paired with images, spacing tidbits throughout... an inspiring guide for budding scientists and those with a special interest in animals. Highly recommended and has great value in library collections, especially where schools have STEM programs focused on conservation."
