Frances Stickley (Author) Frances is a primary school teacher who first realised her love for writing with the poem, 'My Dad's Milkfloat', when she was six. She is an award-winning academic, a trained children's literacy specialist, and winner of the Bloomsbury and National Literacy Trust short story prize 2017. She lives with her family and a big-eared dog in Derbyshire. And when she is not writing, you'll find her in the forest pretending to be a dragon with her daughters.Lucy Fleming (Illustrator) Lucy Fleming has been an avid doodler and book-worm since early childhood. She never quite grew out of having her head up in the clouds, daydreaming. She now lives and works in a small town in England.
