Biographical note

Sally Nicholls is the highly-acclaimed author of several books for children. She has been nominated for numerous awards and has won the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize and the Independent Booksellers Week Award. She lives in Oxford.

Hannah Coulson says that she spent her childhood “drawing pictures, eating 99s and trying not to tell fibs”. Hannah studied at Glasgow School of Art, and now creates playful artworks full of pattern. She particularly likes drawing outdoors and making things for her friends.
