Biographical note

Vladimir I. Kodolov, DSc, is Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology at M. T. Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University, Russia, as well as Chief of Basic Research at the High Educational Center of Chemical Physics and Mesoscopy at the Udmurt Scientific Center, Ural Division at the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is also the Scientific Head of the Innovation Center at the Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant, Russia. A much-honoured author and researcher, he is Vice Editor-in-Chief of the Russian journal Chemical Physics and Mesoscopy.

Omari Mukbaniani, DSc, is Professor and Chair of Macromolecular Chemistry at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia, where is also Director of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry and Polymeric Materials. He is a member of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Georgia. For several years he was a member of the advisory board of the journals Proceedings of Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Chemical Series), and Contributing Editor of the journal Polymer News and the Polymers Research Journal, and Chemistry and Chemical Technology. A prolific author and honoured researcher, he started the International Symposium on Polymers and Advanced Materials.

Ann Rose Abraham, PhD, is Assistant Professor at Department of Physics, Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kerala, India. She has research experience at reputed national institutes such as Bose Institute, India; SAHA Institute of Nuclear Physics, India; UGC-DAE CSR Centre, India; and she has collaborated with international laboratories. A frequent speaker at national and international conferences, she has published papers in many peer-reviewed high impact journals, written book chapters, and edited over 20 books.

A. K. Haghi, PhD, is the author and editor of over 200 books, as well as over 1000 published papers in various journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Haghi has received several grants, consulted for major corporations, and is a frequent speaker to national and international audiences. Since 1983, he served as professor at several universities. He is the former Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Chemoinformatics and Chemical Engineering and Polymers Research Journal and is on the editorial boards of many international journals. He is also a member of the Canadian Research and Development Center of Sciences and Cultures.
