Biographical note

Dr Osvaldo Moreira holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, an MSc in Nuclear Engineering and a BSc in Reactor Physics. He has been a lecturer at the ETH Zurich and is currently a lecturer at the University of Zurich and other universities and institutes. He is a researcher at the Paul Scherrer Institute, Switzerland, a scientific specialist and head of department at NPPs, and a consultant in various private companies.María Laura Moreira has a BSc in Biology from the University of Zurich. She is a researcher and Masters student in Neuroscience, as well as an animal handling assistant at universities in Switzerland.
