Pavan Thealla is currently affiliated with the University of Sunderland in London. Vipin Nadda is currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager (Tourism, hospitality, and Events) with University of Sunderland in London. A science graduate with MBA (Marketing), MTA (Tourism) and PhD (Tourism Management), they have more than twenty years of experience in academics and Industry. As an active researcher, they have authored and edited eight books, published more than thirty research articles, presented papers in various international conferences and published scores of book chapters. As an experienced academician, they have been Lecturing a variety of courses ranging from Sustainable tourism development, Service Marketing, International business environment to Service quality, International Tourism and Hospitality Management in the UK as well as overseas which echo my research interests as well. They are co-editor in chief for International Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management, Innovation and Development and have organized many international conferences. Dr. Sumesh Singh Dadwal is working as Sr. Lecturer of Strategy at LSBU Business School. He has 25 years of experience in research, teaching, e-learning, quality management, and examination assessment in a wide range of business subjects. Sumesh Dadwal has knowledge and skills in academics, internal moderation & external examination, higher education educational quality systems, research, and administration Before joining LSBU, he worked as Sr. Lecturer, Dissertation Lead, and Programme Leader with Northumbria University London campus and also as an associate with London Graduate School and Regent College London (Bucks New University and the University of Bolton, UK). Dr Dadwal has also worked as an associate lecturer with Birkbeck College (UoL), University of West London, Plymouth University, Uni of Roehampton UK, and also worked as a Sr. lecturer and Programme Leader (MBA) at Glyndwr University London. Sumesh has hands-on experience in managing departments and in supporting the implementation of effective quality management systems. As Programme Leader of Business PGs, he has led a team of faculty in teaching & research, academic growth, designing assessment briefs, assessing students, ensuring quality systems, and participating in university assessment boards. His subject areas include Innovation & Technology Strategy, innovative business models & marketing, entrepreneurship, and business in Emerging markets. Latif Oztosun is an experienced educator in the field of Tourism and Hospitality Lecturer and Programme Manager with a demonstrated history of both working within industry and in Higher Education. He holds a degree in Education and Training from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a Masters in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Greenwich. Latif has a passion for Digital Learning Technology and is a Microsoft Certified Educator. Giuseppe Cantafio is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sunderland in London. Prior to his role at the University of Sunderland, Dr. Cantafio worked as a Lecturer and researcher focused on evaluating the impacts and scenarios of Autonomous and Connected Transport at the University of Greenwich. He has held posts at Northeastern University in Boston, San Diego State University, and the Università Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria, Italy, where he was a researcher for the MAPS-LED Project. This project explored multi-disciplinary approaches for local economic development. Dr. Cantafio's research span urban planning, innovation, sustainability, business, and education management. His work aims to advance knowledge and practices around these interconnected domains that are crucial for building sustainable, innovative, and economically vibrant communities and organizations. Throughout his academic career at institutions across Italy, the United States, and the United Kingdom, Dr. Cantafio has contributed valuable insights through his research pursuits.
