Just over a decade ago, a leading group of academics and policy experts were brought together to assess the key economic, social, and constitutional policy options for Britain. Options for Britain II: Cross Cutting Policy Issues - Changes and Challenges offers an assessment of the decade since these policies were implemented by focusing on several issues that cut across policy areas. These include the measurement of public sector performance, the role of the state, regulation, and Britain’s relationship with the European Union.
