Romy M. Heilmann, Dr. med. vet., PhD, DACVIM-SAIM, DECVIM-CA, MANZCVS, AGAF, Professor and Chair of Small Animal Internal Medicine, University of Leipzig, Germany; Romy Heilmann serves as Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Leipzig, Germany, and as chair of the InnLab working group of the German Veterinary Medical Society (DVG). She leads and participates in several clinical and basic science projects in the fields of small animal gastroenterology, hepatology, immunopathology, and translational medicine.

Jonathan A. Lidbury, BVMS, PhD, MRCVS, DACVIM, DECVIM-CA, Associate Professor of Small Animal Internal Medicine and Director of Clinical Services, Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University; Rob and Roxann Bilger Chair in Feline Hepatology; Jonathan Lidbury serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Veterinary Small Animal Clinical Sciences at Texas A&M University. He is interested in all areas of small animal gastroenterology and is working to develop new non-invasive tests for liver disease in cats and dogs.

Jörg M.
