DR. JOHNMARSHALL REEVE, PHD, is a Professor in the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education at the Australian Catholic University in Sydney, Australia. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Motivation and Emotion from 2011 to 2017 and currently serves on the editorial board of five journals. He has received multiple research-based awards, including the Thomas N. Urban Research Award from the FINE Foundation for research to enhance educational practice.
