Biographical note
Michael Rustin is Dean of Social Sciences at the University of East London and Visiting Professor at the Tavistock Clinic. He is co-editor of the political journal Soundings
For many years the regular observation of infants during the first two years of life has been a vital element in the training of child psychotherapists at the Tavistock Clinic.
