An inclusive society accepts and values differences. Her aim is to deconstruct social inequality while simultaneously considering other categories of inequality such as disability, gender or ethnicity. Inclusion thus appears as a process of increasing opportunities for participation and reducing barriers. Saskia Erbring works out the synergy between systemic consulting and the implementation of inclusion. With case histories, methods and findings from health research, she combines her solution-oriented perspective with processes of inclusive school development. Inclusion does not appear as a utopian goal, but as comparative and systemic advice as a supporter for a more inclusive society.
