Kamala Dawar is Senior Lecturer in law at the University of Sussex, UK. Ping Wang is Assistant Professor in Law at the University of Nottingham, UK.
This monograph looks at the official export credit support provided through publicly funded export credit agencies ('ECAs'). ECA activity has, in recent years, increased significantly so that it now exceeds that of all development banks and development agencies, yet there is little transparency of this support.
