Biographical note
Dr Gavin D'Costa is Professor of Catholic Theology, University of Bristol, England. Mervyn Davies is Scholar-in-Residence at Sarum College, Salisbury, and honorary Senior Lecturer in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at Bristol University. Peter Hampson is Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology at the University of the West of England, Bristol (UK), and Associate Tutor at Wesley College Bristol (UK). The Rt. Hon. and Most Reverend Rowan Williams is Archbishop of Canterbury. He was formerly Lady Margaret Professor of Divinity at Oxford and Archbishop of Wales. Dr Oliver D. Crisp is Reader in Theology at the University of Bristol, UK.
