Dr Yvonne Hillier is Senior Lecturer in Continuing Education at City University, London. She is an external verifier for City & Guilds courses.
This textbook for in-service and pre-service training uses the "reflective teaching" approach as popularized by Andrew Pollard. The book is written to coincide with the introduction of Further Education National Training Organisation (FENTO) standards - every tutor will have to demonstrate that s/he can meet these standards.
