Prof. Dr. Eveline Wuttke is a Professor of economic and business education at Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany. Prof. Dr. Jürgen Seifried is Chair of economic and business education at the University of Mannheim, Germany. Prof. Dr. Stephan Schumann is a Professor in the department of economics at the University of Konstanz, Germany.
The authors take a detailed look at the economic competence and financial literacy of young adults, especially of those who start an apprenticeship or who take up their studies at a university.
