Poonam Bala is professor extraordinarius of history at University of South Africa and visiting scholar at Cleveland State University.
Music, Health, and the Body: Cross-Cultural Perspectives focuses on the role of music in understanding new dimensions of health and healing through a unique relationship between identity, social interactions and the human body under the overarching paradigm of culture.
