Carlos P. Zalaquett is Assistant Director of the Counseling Center at Sam Houston State University. Richard J. Wood has served as the Director of Library Services, Sam Houston State University since 1990. He is coeditor of Library Collection Development Policies: A Reference and Writer's Handbook (Scarecrow, 1996).
