Biographical note

Roger Burrows has travelled throughout North America, spending many years in Atlantic Canada where he worked for Parks Canada as a naturalist, interpretive planner, and consultant. An avid birder, his expertise is apparent in page after page of information-packed introductions to the birding hotspots that grace the shores, fields, and woodlands of New Brunswick. He is also the author of several birding "bibles," including A Birdwatcher's Guide to Atlantic Canada and Birds of Atlantic Canada as well as Birds of Oregon, Birds of New England, Birds of Pennsylvania, and Birds of the Great Plains.
