Kellie DuBay Gillis is an environmental scientist who blends her passion for protecting the planet with storytelling. When she was young, she lived in Michigan, where she shared adventures with her sister and neighborhood friends on an old purple tandem bike. Now she’s grown up and lives outside of Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband and two kids. Together they share adventures on another old purple tandem bike that they fixed up like new. Big Bike, Little Bike is Kellie’s debut picture book. Learn more at kelliedubaygillis.com. Jacob Souva adores making books for children and riding bikes, though not at the same time.
