Kingsley Bolton is Professor Emeritus in English Linguistics at Stockholm University, Sweden. He is the co-editor of the Wiley journal World Englishes and serves on the editorial boards of Applied Linguistics Review, Educational Studies, English Today, English World-Wide, and is the Series Editor of the Multilingual Asia book series. He is the author and editor of several books and monographs, including The Handbook of Asian Englishes (Wiley Blackwell), which won the prestigious PROSE Award from the American Association of Publishers in 2020 for Professional and Scholarly Excellence in the category 'Language and linguistics'.
