Biographical note

Cheryl L. Fracasso, Ph.D., LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor, certified clinical trauma intervention specialist, and owner of ShangriLa Wellness Center, a holistic healthcare center. She served on the faculty at the University of Phoenix for over 9 years teaching undergraduate psychology classes. Stanley Krippner, Ph.D., former director of the Maimonides Medical Center Dream Research Laboratory, is a professor at California Institute of Integral Studies. He is a fellow in the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Psychological Science. Harris L. Friedman, Ph.D. is an associated distinguished consulting professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies, an associated professor at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University (UK), and a visiting scholar at Harvard University. He retired as a research professor of psychology at the University of Florida.
